Manny was very professional. My husband and I had an issue with the first room because there was an old cigarette stench. I brought it up to Manny the next day and he got us a mew room. We were very thankful for their response.

We have stayed at this place a couple of times. While it’s still ok but the bed was kind of old and tired and the interior could use some updates. TV did not work most of the times (signal issues?). If the price is right, it’s an ok place to stay.

The first problem we had was noise issue. I don’t know who design these rooms, but they didn’t do good job on noise insulation. We can hear all the conversation downstair in the night. Second problem was a maintenance issue. The shower head in our room didn’t work. Hot water would come out from bathtub faucet, but not the show head. The faucet switch needs to be repaired. The front desk closes at midnight, and opens on 8 am. We were not able to get help at time we returned.

Rude front desk, very long wait to check in.
The room was clean and comfortable. But I am extremely disappointed in the front desk employee and I will never stay here again. I arrived in the early evening to an empty front desk. I waited and waited for over half an hour and no one was there to check me in. I had prepaid and was tired from 8 hours of driving. Finally, a young woman came to the desk and when I told her how long I had been waiting, she had zero apologies and proceeded to tell me I was wrong, and she hadn't been gone long at all, that she simply took a bathroom break. Nonsense! I would have been fine if she had just apologized for the long wait but the lack of any remorse and arguing with me that I was just wrong was extremely upsetting. Rude, awful staff.

when i went to check in the front desk had a sign saying "out to lunch, be back later". so there wasn't any staff member at the front desk. had to wait an hour in the lobby to check in. when the staff person arrived she said her shift was just starting at the previous employee left early. this place is poorly managed

We had a great time! It was a best trip we are turning 60. So my husband and I had stayed here before and loved it! The bed was so comfortable we slept so good, we enjoyed sitting outside in front of the fire pit. Such a great atmosphere and love the retro old school hotel!!

Renovated (nicely) motel near downtown Palm Springs. About 3-4 minutes drive. Could walk if you were up for it. Friendly staff. Nice outdoor seating, small pool and big hot tub. 50’s-60’s vibe. Limited parking.

I made an error by a day in booking our room on Hotels.com and the property was very accommodating in allowing me to adjust it a day forward. Beyond that, the location is close to many attractions and restaurants. The property is well kept and attractive. Our room was comfortable, clean, and neat. I live in the area and will be happy to suggest the property to friends and family that are visiting in the future.

Room was perfect size but the heater was loud and didn’t work at first and the bathroom sink didn’t drain. While waiting 15 minutes to checkin, I noticed the maintenance log, which was quite lengthy. Maintenance was also working in multiple rooms while my daughter enjoyed the very generously sized carpool. Parking was ample and property was secured with locked gates.

This was our third year staying at Seven Springs. We were disappointed with this stay as the rooms need a refresh. The furniture is beat up and worn, shower curtain torn, hot water spotty, walls marked up, and carpet worn. Front desk was less than helpful in helping. Positives for the property are comfortable beds and great location. We will be looking for other options next year.

Well the room was ok, but for the price paid it wasnt worth it. Bed was uncomfortable, of we wanted the room cleaned we had to tell the desk? If we needed more towels we had to go to front desk? Seemed we had to do more work than the staff did. The pool was clean, furniture needs some updating. Whole court yard needs some updates. Would i stay here again for the prices no!!
