The amenities were adequate and met basic expectations. However, the overall management experience was disappointing. The staff did not come across as helpful, and it seems that leadership sets the tone.
I spoke with Sahara, the Assistant Manager, while trying to get clarification about why our reservation had been canceled. Unfortunately, the interaction felt abrupt and unprofessional. I was simply looking for clear information, but the communication lacked courtesy and patience.
Customer service plays a significant role in the overall experience, and this interaction left us uncomfortable and dissatisfied. As a result, we will not be returning.
On a positive note, Hotels.com was extremely helpful and resolved the situation quickly and without hesitation, which we truly appreciated.
