Sad Situation
Arrived late after flying from far away. Waited and waited at the front desk. Looked everywhere for the luggage cart. Was told only bellmen were permitted to use it. First I have ever heard of this. The cheapest of properties let you use the cart. Finally checked in, elevator does not work properly. Treated like criminals and trespassers by security/lobby staff. Curly hairs on the bathroom floor. Clearly not ours. The food was OK and the restaurant staff was good. I wanted to make the last night of our vacation special but was treated badly by my own neighbors (I live in Oakland). Done with Marriott properties, sticking with Patel Properties from now on. They appreciate customers.

I've stayed at this property on numerous occasions and this recent stay will be my last at this property.. quality of service has decreased dramatically! Also, the hotel had a fire drill and I had to hurriedly leave my room on Sunday morning at 10am!!!!
