The Apartment was clean and the beds were really clean. The room provided free coffee and a very spacious bathroom. the room was very nice aside from the smell of an old man. Overall it's pretty good. The area around it isnt too pretty, however it is extremely close to MRY airport great for anyone getting off the plane.

Property was clean and quiet. Only complaint is that when the hotel is full, parking is difficult because the stalls are narrow, and some guests are inevitably bad parkers, making neighboring stalls unusable. Location is pretty central to most things in the area (food, attractions, airport). For families with younger children, check out Dennis the Menace Playground nearby--one of the best play areas I've ever seen.

Looking at the property from the outside we were surprised how roomy and nice the rooms were. It had great amenities, a fridge and microwave, fluffy towels and comfortable bedding. The pool was very clean, warm and not over chlorinated. There was plenty of parking. The only downside was the occasional revving of car engines but then it was car week in the Monterey area which ended up being a fun treat. We would stay here again.

The Motel is old but relatively well-kept. The rooms are tiny but in fair to good condition. It is better than a Motel 6, but not by much.

We enjoyed our three nights stay at this property. The rooms are a little dated very clean. The coffee maker work, but we expected that based on reviews that we read before we arrived. There is limited parking. If you arrive late at night, it’s possible there will not be a parking spot for you. Definitely worth what we paid and we would stay here again. Very friendly Young lady at the front desk when we checked in. She also recommended Monterey cookhouse across the street, which is about a three minute walk. The food and staff there were excellent. We ate there twice in Three days. Highly recommend that place and the Monterey Fish House. Sit at the bar if you can.

We usually stay at this hotel when we are in town. Usually everything is great. We ended up in a handicap room which didn’t come with a desk. I need a desk because I have to work while I’m away on my computer. There was no where to sit except on the bed and my back started hurting after a while. Next time I’m definitely going to check to make sure we get a regular room.

It was a great stay. Rooms seem newly renovated. Nothing was out of place or questionable. The heated pool was wonderful. Monterey is usually cold and pools are usually cold as well. I slept soooo well, very quiet. Beds are extremely comfortable. We went to the aquarium, the drive was a tiny bit tricky not knowing the area well BUT it was definitely worth it. This will definitely be my go to place when visiting Monterey. Half of the complex is single story if you don't want someone above or below you. I'm glad we found this place especially for the pool. No more stress about entertaining kids till evening.
