Nice hotel near the city’s main train station, the staff is nice, rooms are clean and the neighborhood very pretty; rooms are a bit small but no different from many other hotels in this price range

This hotel has an excellent location directly across the street from the major train station and adjacent to the city's metro. It is also a short walk to Madrid's major art museums. The rooms and elevator are a little on the small size, but that is to be expected in the heart of a major European city. The breakfast was fantastic.

Little gem in Madrid
It’s a pretty basic hotel , but it’s very nice , modern , Camila at the front desk, was the most helpful and nice , also the lady from house keeping, Binni, so very nice too, I would stay there again , location is perfect , very close to el retiro and atocha station

The only reason why I would give a 4 stars is because the room was much smaller than the pictures shown online. Otherwise, everything was great.
