Very good experience
At first we had problems with a safe that wouldn't open and a small bed but the staff immediately changed us a room. The room attendant Alina was really fine and the room was clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is excellent. Good value for money.

El staff es muy atento y amigable! Todos nos trataron súper bien! Definitivamente volvería! Los cuartos son amplios y cómodos. La cama súper grande y cómoda con muchas almohadas. El baño grande y siempre limpio y agua caliente. Además de vacacionar, también trabajé en el cuarto y áreas comunes y el internet funciona muy bien!

This hotel is our home for summer in Madrid for few years already. Very well located next to the Top restaurants and best shopping in the area. The property is not in a touristy crowded area, it is more as an exclusive type of location very well located. The staff is incredible and very helpful. No matter what you need they will be happy to assist you with. No doubt in recommending and going back ok our next trip.
