Great room except for AC control unit
The room was clean and spacious. Check-in was on the slow side and I believe it can improve. The only concern I have is that the thermostat and AC control is old and inefficient. I was surprised to see such an old device in such a modern and upscale room. There were no instructions on how to use it, and it cannot be "set" to stay at a certain temperature.

Skip the search for dinner! The hotel restaurant is amazing. We had an early flight on our last night in Spain, so we stayed near the airport. The restaurant serves dinner early (rare in Spain) and the food was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Overall great stay for one night. The staff was very nice. The rooms are dated. The mattress was old and terrible to sleep. I could feel the springs and there was a big indent in the middle of the mattress. We loved the pool. However the pool floor looked dirty or it could be just old.

I wanted a banana to take out of breakfast room as I needed to get the shuttle and was told I could not take one out. I paid for breakfast When I told Reception, she said you can go back in now but I had to get the shuttle. She asked for my email, for what??? Poor service and attitude.
