Very clean and comfortable. Good restaurants nearby and a nice supermarket very close. Staff was wonderful!

The property was impeccable. It’s located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Very easy to get around. Transportation just around the corner from Madrid central area. I would recommend this hotel.

ES UN HOTEL MUY VIEJO CON FALTA DE MANTENIMIENTO. NUESTRO BAÑO NO BAJABA EL AGUA DEL INODORO Y SE APOSABA EN LA DUCHA Y NO HABIA PERSONAL DE MANTENIMIENTO. NOS HICIERON UN UPGRADE A UNA SUITE ENORME, PERO LA DUCHA ERA DIMINUTA, REALMENTE DIMINUTA, CON UNA DUCHA VIEJA QUE NO CAIA CASI AGUA. ES UN HOTEL VIEJO CON FALTA DE MANTENIMIENTO. EL DESAYUNO ES MUY REGULAR.

Clean, comfortable beds and room. Conveniently located about 15 minutes from Terminal 4, but expect shuttle from airport (T4) to hotel to be a rough ride and about 30 minutes long because of multiple stops and a vehicle that appears to lack functioning shock absorbers. Hotel offered no breakfast and only expensive vending machines with unattractive options for snacks. Staff were competent and the hotel was clean everywhere we visited. Paid about $125 for three people in one room, which felt like a reasonable price with all things considered. I would stay there again but I would eat before arriving late at night and I’d probably take a taxi from the airport, but shuttle vehicle from hotel to airport was excellent! Max I’d pay for two beds here is $160 if airport proximity was important.
