We just have the most amazing experience at the Felix Gran Meliá, the instant we arrived were greeted very friendly and caring. We had an overnight flight and went to the hotel to leave the luggage, instead had the lovely surprise that the rooms were ready and could leave our stuff and get settle for the day-something we really appreciated! The buffet breakfast had a great selection, the space is gorgeous, comfortable and the service it’s EXCELLENT. Every single staff person were extremely helpful and welcoming, suggestions for activities, places to visit, timing, they offered help with reservations. A nice token is that the hotel has a car for guest services, it was available that night and it gave us a ride to the restaurant we made reservations that evening. Location is unbeatable!, in a very safe location, 7 minutes walking distance to Alcalá door, terrazas for dinner, 10 minutes from the Prado museum and 15-20 puerta del sol. Definitely a place to stay!!! And we are really hoping to come back very soon!

The hotel is nicely situated in the Salamanca district, , shopping is just around the corner, there are nice restaurants close by,very elegant area to walk around,well recommended to stay in this hotel. Breakfast is not excepitional and pricy for what they serve.
