The stay was perfect. Very comfortable. The room service and the paid breakfast were delicious and quite economical. The staff was very hospitable and polite. The only complain is that there were not enough sunbathing chairs at the pool. They were taken all day and there was nowhere else to lay down so we were not able to use the pool.

This was my fourth time here, so that in itself says something. Staff was, as always, extremely helpful - even when this time I arrived much earlier than checkin time due to an early flight. The location, too is splendid, the Line6 metro station is right next to it (a 15 second walk), which connects to myriad other lines and stations. Clientele seems to be nice, because this is one of the very few hotels where every time I could sleep 2-3 nights without earplugs...

We were treated exceptionally well. The front made dinner recommendations and made reservations for us at entertainment venues. They stored luggage while we left for 3 days and returned. Our luggage was already in our room when we returned. Easy on and off the bus, Metro. Amazing.

The hotel is nice and the staff is very nice and helpful. Couple of cons though: Location is not the best. Though the hotel is close to the train station(around 7-9 mins away), there aren't too many restaurants around. Also, the food in their restaurant is not the best. We ate breakfast on the day we arrived and the bacon was a little raw and food was less than OK. The price of the hotel is good but you will need to take a cab to Centro(city center around 10-15mins by cab). Overall a decent experience. We would give it around 3.5 to 4 stars at the most.
