The front office staff upon check-in are unfriendly; my receptionist had a negative attitude and an unfriendly tone making my visit feel unwelcome. The facility was nice and quiet in the rooms. The toilet seat in my room would not stay up due to the seat hitting against the counter. The valet were great upon check in and check out.

This is just an iconic hotel that is so unique and has so much history. The view of the city from the pool deck is amazing, overall it’s an unforgettable vibe!
