This facility was awful! It smelled l, we burned candles & bought plug-ins and it still stank. People running & jumping above us all night, staff, with the exception of 1 new staff members were rude and nasty acting for customer service. I will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay again & I will deter everyone I can from staying there

The smell of the lobby and the stairwells consist of cigarettes, weed, and mold. Elevator was out of service so anytime you enter or leave the place you have to breathe in those smells. The rooms have cockroaches. Our sink had pieces of chicken from the previous guest who stayed there. There was mold all over the walls in the bathroom and on the bathroom door. Absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed at. The pool was also closed which they don't mention on the website. Overall it was terrible.

I would give a zero if I could. I wish I would’ve look at reviews before booking but my premature grandson was transferred to different hospital so I needed something close to hospital. My daughter had emergency c section and elevator was broken room on second floor and could not put us on the first floor. Room didn’t have toilet paper needed towels and floor was so dirty. Called front desk for coffee maker and dishes etc was told to come down stairs to get when it says in room that it would be delivered. Remote to TV did not work and couldn’t get one that work and staff was no help. There was a trash room on the floor and it was stacked half way up wall and garage left out all over the floor. The WiFi was down and Entry door closes to room was not working had to go around. Room keys not working had to get new keys. Dogs barking for at least 10 or more minutes then we left for hospital so don’t know how long they continued. Staff was rude and not helpful and I was told that there was not maintenance on site and that she was the only one working. When I checked in guy was with staff said he had been there almost 30 days and that staff had not changed his bedding or clean room in over 10 days.

Horrible experience! Everything was so dirty in the room as if they just changed the bed sheets and rented out the room to the next person. The toilet seat itself was extremely dirty and floors had not been swept, there was dead roaches in the floor. Just shows that house keeping is not cleaning the rooms. At checkout I was asked if I enjoyed my stay and I said no, it was horrible. Roaches and ants everywhere, they lady in the front said…”that is why you read the reviews before booking” disgusting, I do not recommend to anyone.

Arlene is the best!!! She took care of me and made sure I didn’t experience anymore stress because up until I saw her my arrival in California was full of issues. The hotel would have a 5 but my tub and sink were filthy when I checked in. But staying there is wonderful. It is close to shopping malls Ontario Mills and Victoria Gardens. Plenty of places to eat and I was able to grab groceries from Stater Brothers! It was great

Tweaker hotel, smell of weed and ants :-(
I have stayed at other Extended Stay America hotels and were very happy with all of them. That streak came to an end though when I visited the Ontario location. First the entire is supposed to be smoke free but nearly all the "residents" smoke and smoke weed. So when you enter there are lingering smells of weed throughout the entire building. Also the hallways and rooms are not vacuumed and there is visible trash, dirt, food all over the hallways mostly. I recommend the staff use the non-electric roller "vacuums" if you don't want to disturb the "residents" Also during my stay lots of ants were in my room and I didn't have any food in the room because I ate out during my stay. When I called to have the issue addressed the front desk girl (who was very nice) said that the bug spray was locked up and she was not allowed to spray the room. So that was not good at all. The only good things I can say is that the sheets were clean compared to a lot of hotels and the AC worked perfectly. I will stay at other extended stays but I won't be going back to that one no matter how cheap the room is.

The studio queen room did not have a La-Z-Boy chair as advertised, there was no handle for the shower head in the accessible bathroom. The stove did not work. I asked management for a chair and never received a reply or a chair. The property was in terrible condition. I will never go back.
