Felt more comfortable than usual hotel stay.
Usually stay in hotels in Liverpool but this was very close to the Empire theatre I was going to so thought I'd try it. Perfect location felt like home from home. All you need for a relaxing stay and Lidl just round the corner for supplies

A fantastic facility behind Lime Street station in a faded part of Liverpool but immaculate inside. Extremely comfortable and spacious with the most helpful and hospitable check in and out . I will hopefully visit again and again

The most things I like is the cleanliness of the room and the easy communication with the hotel staff. I would highly recommend though that they should list the amenities in the rooms which are not listed when you book the rooms. I had to send asking if they have hair dryer and iron or not because they were not listed along with other facilities I found in the room when I checked in. I highly recommend the place.

From my 1st contact with Damian (reception) He explained the process and followed up with a clear, how to find Pembroke s. The room, bathroom kitchenette was 1st vlass. Lovely towels, hot shower.
