There was obvious water damage to an interior door and additional water damage on the ceiling and in the shower. The bathroom has obviously been remodeled at some point, but they did not bother to replace key items. I would not expect the door to Have water damage that is 3 to 6 inches And stretching. all the way across the bottom of the doorway. I didn’t even bother to complain because obviously they know that is the case and have chose not to fix it. The location appears to be Have used by business travelers and I think it is ideal for them if they have a nice room, the front desk and staff were very helpful.

The staff are super friendly. Room was very noisy. Picks up outside wind noise like crazy. The second day was worse. Staff made noise outside the room in the supply room which reduced after I pointed it out. The front desk offered to move me the second day but it was too much hassle to pack and unpack. Internet is awful and slow. Bathroom sink has a crack, and the shower handle was broken. The soap etc was not great. Electrical fixtures are clunky and switches were loose. A bit unsafe. I ordered dinner at the restaurant and was shocked at the pasta portion size which was really small. The taste was fine. The breakfast was good even though the potato was not cooked fully the second day. Overall I think rate this place very poorly. If it were in the USA I would ask for a full or partial refund. Quite disappointing inspite of people being really good.

Great location to airport
This was our last stop in Portugal to catch a flight home the next morning. It was choses because of its fairly reasonable price (for Lisbon standards) and closeness to the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were a decent size and decorated nice. The bed (a double) was not that comfortable for a hotel of this caliber. Our room was hot and I could not get the thermostat to work properly. I probably should have checked with the front desk for help. The breakfast was just average. The pancakes were not set in a warming tray and were cold.

We only stayed in this hotel for 1 night and picked it because it was a quick ride to the airport. It is a large hotel with 24 hour front desk. The room was comfortable and very quiet. In terms of location, we were a 5 minute Uber to an area with lots of restaurants. We walked to central Lisbon (Commercial Square) in about 45 minutes. I’d stay here again. Our friends ate dinner in the restaurant at the hotel and they were not overly impressed with the food so we opted to go to a restaurant away from the hotel.

Friendly staff. Good location for metro. Breakfast is good too. The hotel has recycling container by the elevator which makes a statement to be environmentally friendly. Would be nicer to have hardwood floor. Currently, the carpet in room is dated.
