Located very centrally but the room was quiet and peaceful. The welcome on arrival was the best ever. So pleasant and professional. The hotel is fairly small with limited communal strada but nicely appointed and with a good breakfast. I’d definitely go back.

Staff not trained well for 4 stars hotel. Management not cooperating as 4 stars. You charged me for a night that i spent overnight on a plane due a mistake in reservations. They didnt not want to help in that regard and refund my room or half off for a night i wasnt even in lisboa. Manager simply said. Its policy! Very bad customer service relations. I wouldnt recommend you to friends and family.

Great location within the Alfama district with lots of restaurants and walkable to major attractions. Not easy for tourists with large suitcases since the hotel is located in a pedestrian street which taxi can’t come in.
