This hotel provides the bare minimum accommodations. There’s not even a coffee pot in the room or water. There is a strong odor of sewage in the back of the building. The staff was wonderful however, the accommodations for the price definitely not worth it.

The photos are misrepresenting the state of rooms and of the hotel. While the common areas on the ground floor are pleasant, the room was very small, outdated, not even a chair or a table . Overall I found the images of the hotel on Expedia misrepresenting the quality of the hotel

We chose this hotel based on other reviews and we were not dissappntes. Its in a suoerb location, you can walk everywhere from it. Its near the metro.and tram stop. Its for a lovely seating and relaxong area, a gym and huge wrll appointed breakfast room. I was disappointed in oir bedroom we had an added in ensuite, a glass cube so we lost some of the bedroom to that it is not a separate room. The shower was awful just a handheld shower not a rainforest shower. So the downside of being in such a great location is that it VERY noisy. Please take ear plugs!!!

Four bookings. Two rooms excellent, the other two not so much. One had a smelly bathroom. Nevertheless the service was good and the breakfast was excellent. In addition the hotel have a Great location.

Many rooms and areas of building smelled moldy. We were a party of 8 in four rooms and were sneezing coughing and congested whenever we were inside the hotel. My room did not have a heat/AC remote so I could not operate either. Also did not have a TV REMOTE control. So I could not use the tv. Took almost 3 days and asking hotel desk 3 times before the issue was resolved. Breakfast was not good.

Highly recommend this hotel
Had a great break with me, my partner and my 16 year old daughter. Lisbon has so much to offer and would recommend. The location of this hotel was amazing, couldn’t have asked for now. A cafe and bakery right next door along with other numerous cafes selling delicious pastries. Nothing bad to say about this hotel, room was huge and so was the bathroom. Nice and quiet, no complaints

Excellent location in the heart of Lisbon's tourist area, all tourist attractions can be reached on foot, the metro is just a few steps away, restaurants and shops. Very good service from the hotel staff.

Great location and building, some drawbacks
The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is extremely convenient for exploring Lisbon. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, there is a noticeable mildew/sewage smell (especially on the main floor) and it's a very noisy area. There's constant music and people on the street out front and the windows aren't very soundproof.

It is an okay hotel. This place only has its location going for it. Our first impression was terrible—the front staff was very rude and unprofessional, even rolling her eyes as soon as we walked in. It was the last day of our trip to Portugal, and we’d had such a great time, but this young Portuguese woman left us with a sour memory
