Good service and breakfast. The staff was helpful. The washroom was a little uncomfortable. The WC had less space around it to sit comfortably. Because of thin walls, it was a bit noisy (could hear the neighbour banging the door constantly). But otherwise great value for the price and supportive staff.

Location near Rossio Sq. was helpful and a Tourist kiosk was available on the Square, not far from the hotel. The room was clean and all was in order, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. There were some works being done in the stairwell and a little noisy but good that the property is being upgraded. The common areas/lounge near the rooms were not so inviting but the room cleanliness made up for this.

Nice older hotel.
It was a very nice place to stay. Not top quality, but certainly no complaints, and well worth it for the price. Location is excellent, right in the heart of the walking district (no cars on the streets, and plenty of shops and eateries).

A great stay.
Great location for sightseeing Lisbon. If you have a car, you will not be able to drive directly outside of the hotel. However, cars are allowed a block away. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was simple, but good. We would return to this hotel.

The location is unbeatable. The rooms were good. The breakfast was very good - much better than most "continental breakfasts". There were a few nits to pick however. The two outlets near the desk were taken by the TV and fridge. The TV didn't seem to turn off, so I unplugged it and used that outlet for my laptop. The TV was easy to hit my head on when going between the bed and bathroom. The bathroom sink was installed rather high as well. Overall I have no problems recommending this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is unbelievable outdated, with very smelly carpeted hallways and dirty walls. The room had sheets with hair on it. The bathroom had black mold EVERYWHERE. It was the grossest hotel I’ve even stayed in. Only reason we didn’t leave was because we got in late from a flight and had to wake up very early for another flight the next morning. They need to renovate this hotel ASAP.

If you don't want LOSE your Money ...NO accepted the service pick up from airport .The hotel said they don't know about it .... But My suggestion Don't do that ...because the taxi said : I ca't wait for you and the Inmigration in Lisboa. is terrible.....

While this property has a great location very close to Rocio station, it was very noisy until about 11:40. The hotel is very outdated. The fridge didn’t work, the shower took forever to drain, and the toilet was situated in a way that required you to sit sideways. The sink was very small with limited space to place any toiletries. Carpets in the stairwells should be replaced. No artwork or anything inside the rooms, and the walls were all scuffed and marked up. The breakfast was average, but it was included. I would not recommend a stay here.
