Lovely stay
Lovely room, well connected via tram or walking. We also were easily able to get an ironing board when needed and some extra coffee. Would greatly recommend to anyone looking for a weekend away!

We've stayed here on numerous occasions. Property is nice, rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Nice coffee area in the room with small expresso machine. Good place to stay in Prague, close to everything.

Misleading pictures online
Considering what the rooms and their views looks like in pictures online, I was not expecting to be put in what was tantamount to a prison cell with a view of a literal wall. Combine this with heating / air conditioning that even when off was so hot I couldn't breathe or sleep, the broken shower, and my 4 nights were really not that great. And let's not even talk about the literal building site next door with relentless noise from the work going on. Feel like I really messed up here not doing more research tbh, but this was last minute after another trip fell through. This is a three star hotel at best, won't be staying here again, and I'd advise others to look elsewhere also.

Clean hotel in a good area. Good amenities. Fridge, kettle and excellent daily cleaning. Comfortable bed and nice complimentary toiletries. Breakfast was disappointing, Porridge was never refilled and waited ages for hot food. We only went to breakfast on our first morning then ate out instead. Reception staff were very blunt, unsmiley and on one occasion a male member on Reception was very rude. Bar man was lovely and helpful.

We had a pleasant stay at this beautiful hotel. So accessible to every places to visit in the city. Breakfast buffet was great! Nice and clean bedroom. Love the floor heating on the bathroom.

Hands-down one of the most beautiful hotels we've ever stayed at, and we travel a lot. Easy access to everything we wanted to see. Ongoing construction next door made a lot of noise, but only during the day, when we were mostly out sightseeing. Young lady at the desk was incredibly helpful.

A great stay, although the only critic I have was the lack of view from my room- literally nothing to see except a white canvas (believe due to building works) other than that staff were friendly, not much interaction with them as I didn’t need to but otherwise fine.

Modern clean city centre hotel. Very good for staying to see all local city sights. Hotel looks like its recently been refurbished. We had a garden view room and this was lovely and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. Breakfast was very good with warm sausages, bacon,egg,beans. Good selection of pastries and cerials as well as meats and cheese. Would recommend this hotel to those exploring the city, 5 min walk from tran/metro links and 10-15 walk to main train station. Staff were helpful, friendly and professional.
