This beautiful villa (10625/AL) is located in the village of Galamares, 4km drive or 1,5km by walking trail to World Heritage Sintra, 5min drive to various beaches, 15 min to Cascais/Estoril and 35min to downtown Lisbon. It is south facing and in a quiet neighbourhood. It is less than 10min drive to all the major sights. It has a private heated swimming pool (Apr 15 - Oct 15). The 60m2 living room enjoy a splendid clear view over the Sintra mountain and Monserrate palace which is lighted up in the evenings and no other buildings in front. It has 1000 m2 of a well cared garden with grassed areas, flowers and some pine trees. It has a relaxing wooden deck over the pool and an outdoor covered lounge area with sofas in front of the BBQ area. It has 4 bedrooms, 9 beds, 2 baby-beds, 3 full bathrooms plus an extra entrance w/c. It has cable TV, stereo, unlimited wireless Internet and table tennis. Within a 5 minute walk there are 2 restaurants, a grocery shop, a couple of cafés, bus stop and 100 year old tram line. The closest big supermarket is 4min by car in the village of Colares. Along the seaside there are many seafood restaurants and cafés.
Included in the fee is cleaning in the middle of the week and at the end of the stay.
All towels, sheets and blankets are included.
Walking path to Sintra: From the house you can walk up to historic Sintra. It takes about 25 minutes.
About the rooms: There are 9 adult beds + 1 sofa-bed + 2 baby beds.
The pool is electrically heated to 26 degrees from Apri 15 - Oct 15, not the rest of the year.
The pool area can be closed for child protection.
A tennis table is always set up.
