Service from everyone of the staff was excellent!! Loved that the hotel took the time to celebrate my wife’s birthday with me which was surprising given the fact all I did was mention her birthday at the front desk. Definitely a five star plus rating from us !!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our toddler. The staff were so wonderful and attentive, particularly at breakfast, they couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location was very central to explore the city. Would definitely come back!

Great property - clean bug rooms with superb service all round and excellent breakfast. My only issue was the open bathroom concept. This does not work for me. If you’re ok with this then great choice.

Nice place to stay in Lisbon
Children are allowed in the indoor pool from open until noon. The rooftop pool is unheated and is open to children. The rooms are relatively small. The facilities are very nice. Overall, an excellent experience

My stay at Epic SANA Lisboa was wonderful!! The staff at the bar in the lobby were fabulous and treated us like a queens. Housekeeping also went the extra mile to assure we were happy and the door men were very helpful!! The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very futuristic and high-tech. When I return to Lisbon, I will definitely be staying here again. The staff go above and beyond to make sure their guests are happy!!

A very good hotel - just about 5 star…
Still a very good hotel, but has lost some of its shine since COVID. Pros - amazing rooftop pool with phenomenal view, well appointed rooms (although could do with refurb - fittings and furniture showing some signs of wear and tear), excellent breakfast and other food/drink options, very good gym and spa (excellent deep tissue massage). Cons - some need of upgrading, need to fix some basics - replenish shower wash and other bathroom items, ran out of towels for rooftop pool and no staff on hand to support, rooftop bar closed so only option for food and drink to go back downstairs. Overall, still a great hotel, but having first stayed there 10 years ago, it has lost some of its shine. Just about scrapes 5 stars, but starting to feel more like a good 4 star.

Beautiful hotel with a great breakfast. The front desk clerks were professional but lacked enthusiasm. I worked at the Marriot for 4 years as a yong man while studying hospitality management. We had to put on a show and smile, and make the guest feel like they were special. Maybe they're not getting paid enough to make the effort. The breakfast staff was excellent.
