Fantastic stay with amazing service and comfort. The rooftop pool was a perfect spot to unwind with a stunning view of the city. Despite being centrally located, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful

The hotel was located 20 minute walk from Rossio Square And two minute walk to the metro. Hotel Staff was very nice, especially Ismael.

The hotel and staff are very good and helpful. A few things under the bed looked like hadn’t been hoovered for a long time but rest of the room was clean. Also it’s called the music hotel but there is no music! Foyer and hotel are deadly silent can hear a pin drop! Asked management why there is no music to be told orders from above have told them not to play any music as they were getting complaints from guests. I cannot understand who stays in a music hotel and then complains about music. The Spotify connection to the speakers in the room is so quiet that it cannot be heard ended up playing music on my mobile as it was louder. All in all good hotel excellent staff and very helpful, but was lacking music and atmosphere

Just an overall excellent stay! The hotel is modern, has a fun theme, amazing rooftop pool to cool off (however no umbrellas for shade). The room was great for our family with kids as it had two queen size beds and a vanity/desk area. Was very clean, beds were firm but comfortable. The breakfast was vast and delicious! Was a treat to be greeted every morning by Carolina with her beautiful smile before breakfast. The area was quiet and convenient for taking the metro although we used bolt/uber everyday as it was cheaper for a family of 4.

Lovely hotel and pool area is great! The beds are big and comfortable and shower and bathroom areas are spacious. This felt more like a 4 star hotel than a 3! Would stay again :)

A short 2 night stay in lisbon before going to the Algarve. Loved the hotel, room was very comfortable with nice lighting, great view from 6th floor and a great shower. Paid for breakfast one day and ate out locally another day. Breakfast was quite exoensive, plenty if choice but I preferred to eat breakfast in a local cafe. The area was excellent, beside park and metro.

Great, friendly staff. The location was perfect and convenient for the hop on/off and tour buses. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room was a decent size and looks properly maintained and clean. My only suggestion would be to consider a few umbrellas on the rooftop pool since there is no shade. Some people cant stay out in the sun for too long. Besides that, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Thank you to the friendly staff who greated us everyday and answered all of our questions.

Excellent super clean hotel!
Absolutely one of the nicest and cleanest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in! Excellent location across from Marques du Pombal Square. Everything is close by and Metro transit station is half a block walk. If you want to walk, 15 minutes down to the waterfront and boardwalk. L’Osteria Italian restaurant is excellent and half a block from the hotel. Try the Gnocchi with sausage!
