Summary:
No expense has been spared when designing this gorgeous coastal two-bedroom. We created this high-end space to provide everything needed to live like a local and enjoy all San Diego has to offer. If you’re not familiar with the area, we suggest spending the morning one block away at the famous Windansea beach, the afternoon at LJ Crafted Winery, and come home to BBQ, relax, and talk around the fireplace with your fellow travelers.

The Space:
You're going to love what we created for you. Working with a local designer, each unit has been completely remodeled ranging from the flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, AC, and elevated seaside interior design. The living room has been carefully crafted for comfort with a deep-seated couch perfect for curling up to watch your favorite streaming service on the 65" Samsung Smart TV.

Each bedroom is equipped with a bathroom, luxurious linens, and 50" Smart TVs (with cable) so everyone can recharge for the next day of exploring. Working from home is a breeze with 200mbps internet speed available to you.

Enjoy the private outdoor space in one of the hanging chairs and breathe in the fresh ocean air off the Pacific.

Guest Access:
Everything seen in the photos! This rental is the downstairs unit of a two unit duplex. Please inquire if you are interested in renting both units together!

Entry to this property is controlled by a smart lock. The morning of check-in, you will be sent an email with the smart lock code and any other relevant details for entry.

The Neighborhood:
La Jolla's arcing coastline’s natural coves give way to steep canyons and hillsides peppered with homes worth millions, and then there’s the ideal Mediterranean climate, art galleries, and elite shopping and dining.

Wake up before everyone and pick up pastries at Wayfarer Bread and some coffee from Birdrock Coffee Roasters. Stop by the beach on your walk home, and if you're early enough, there's a good chance you'll see dolphins in the waves.

Getting Around:
The home comes with two-tandem parking spots in the driveway, and there is free street parking throughout the neighborhood. Walk, ride bikes, electric scooters, or drive to explore La Jolla and San Diego's other neighborhoods.

Please take a moment to read everything on this listing page. If everything is agreeable, great! When you complete your reservation you’ll receive our check-in form which is required to be filled out and signed prior to check-in, or else your entrance code will not be generated. For your safety and ours, the check-in form requires you to upload an ID, take a selfie and sign the house rules. If you do not agree with the house rules, you are welcome to cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking without penalty.

Please be aware this property has exterior security cameras and is a downstairs unit, so there is a possibility of noise from the upstairs renter.

While our first priority is ensuring our guests enjoy their stay, we have an equally important commitment to the safety and well-being of our neighbors and community. Please review all the house rules listed below prior to confirming your reservation.

While we hope to never encounter this scenario, by confirming your reservation, you are acknowledging that your reservation can be terminated mid-stay for violating any of these rules. If everything is agreeable, great! We can’t wait to welcome you and do everything possible to make sure you have an amazing stay.

DURATION
Check-in is 4:00PM or later unless other arrangements have been approved by the host.

Access instructions will be sent through the booking platform the morning of your stay only after the guest agreement has been signed.

Check-out is at 11:00AM unless previously discussed. Guests shall vacate the unit at the end of its rental period.

If the housekeepers arrive on time at 11:00 AM and the unit is not vacated, guests will be charged $100 every fifteen minutes past 11:00 AM (pass through) for their delay. Guests who overstay their reservation prevent us from offering reservations with same day transitions and creates operational challenges for our housekeeping staff and for guests arriving the same day. We are equally committed to making sure the house is ready for your arrival as well.

GUEST
You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.

Guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including an email, phone number, and a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).

NOISE
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, and we participate in a community noise reduction program. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us be good neighbors!

We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10:00PM-8:00AM.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS, EVENTS, and GATHERINGS
We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests or visitors unless previously authorized by the host.

Unauthorized additional guests/visitors will result in an unauthorized visitor fee of $250 per person.

If using party decorations, please do not use tape that will damage the paint on the walls, confetti or glitter in the home or backyard. If any tape, decorations, glitter, or confetti are found on the property following your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

PETS
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property.
Guests who bring unauthorized pets onto the property will be responsible for a fine of $250 per pet, and any additional cleaning charges based on the cleanliness of the home at time of check-out.

Please note that even if there’s a no-pets policy, there may have been service animals in the past. We cannot guarantee that the property is completely free of pet allergens.

DAMAGE
Guests are required to report all damage that occurred during their stay to the host via the booking platform, prior to check-out. We understand accidents happen, but guests will be financially responsible for any damage that occurs during their reservation that is not covered by the damage waiver.

Please do not remove any furnishings, equipment, or items from the unit, including any linen, dishes, or any other items from the unit. Guests will be liable for any additional costs, charges or expenses resulting from any damage, lost or stolen items, or excessive check-out cleaning.

SMOKING
Our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself, and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property.

Evidence of smoking will result in a fine up to $2,000 for smoke remediation.

ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: doing either will result in immediate eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.

SECURITY
This property implements video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests.

FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS
If you’re interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact the host to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.

INSURANCE
Having operated throughout the pandemic, we recommend the booking platform's travel insurance for your reservation or booking with a credit card that has such a policy. In the event you need to cancel or alter your stay, the cancellation policy will be adhered to. Thank you for understanding.

We loved our stay here! The home is very clean and has everything you need for a day at the beach and home cooked meals. The beachy decor was nice, the beds were comfortable and there are air conditioners in every room. There is a great beach at the end of the street, just a 5-min walk. Seemed a little rough for swimming but was the place to be for sunsets and sunbathing! Great location!

This was our second stay and enjoyed it once again. The condo is very comfortable, clean and conveniently located. Short stroll to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. One of the best and affordable options in this area. Not the best at parallel parking so the driveway was a nice amenity to avoid onstreet parking. :).

Restful stay in La Jolla
We were familiar with the area, having stayed there before. This property is a block and a half from the Windandsea beach on the Pacific ocean. It's spotless and completely stocked with all of your vacation needs. Lulu, the property manager, was extremely helpful in every regard and easy to reach when needed. We were very happy with our apartment and would stay there again, without hesitation.

My wife and I stayed here with a couple of our friends. The unit that we stayed in was the perfect size for the 4 of us. The unit was very clean and felt very homey. The location was great, close to the beach and great restaurants. If your a golfer you are only about 15 minutes from Torrey pines. Nathan was our contact and he was very helpful and responsive.

My husband & I took our 12 year old grandson to San Diego for his birthday. We were visiting from Ohio. This property was perfect for the 3 of us and we enjoyed the location. The property was very clean. We loved the proximity to the ocean as well as the easy access to restaurants. The location was perfect for seeing all the nearby attractions. The property is well maintained and the housekeeper Lulu greeted us warmly while we were there. The owner Nathan sent us all the instructions which made it super convenient. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Perfection!
Excellent location and a perfect condo. Just a short walk to the most amazing beach. Not crowded and great waves. Place is close enough to walk for dinner to a couple of good places. We really didn’t stay in downtown San Diego very much as we much preferred La Jolla and the condo. The place had everything we needed, including beach towels and chairs. Hope to return.

This property is great. It’s close to many things; the beach, shops, restaurants, anything you’d want to do. In a nice quiet neighborhood in La Jolla but close enough to mission or downtown if you wanted some night life. Or if you wanted to relax on the couch all day the couch was sooo comfy. It was clean and communication was great!

My good friend and I recently had the pleasure of visiting La Jolla and lucked out with finding this place! It was as advertised and even more. Being so close to the beach was beautiful in of itself. We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home, it was exactly as shown in the pictures it had all the amenities listed and the communication with the host was fast and easy!
