After an exciting day of exploring Southern California, there’s no better feeling than sinking into a comfy bed. The spacious property boasts six large bedrooms, plus additional sleeping spaces. No matter where you lay your head, you can expect an upscale experience, with premium linens and pillows, smart TVs, nightstands with reading lamps, and ample closet space with hangers and shelves to accommodate all your personal belongings.

The primary bedroom is a private suite with a king-sized bed, a sofa bed, and a private bathroom.

The second bedroom sits on the main level and features two queen beds (the rest of the bedrooms are on the second level, including the primary suite).

The third bedroom has two twin beds, the fourth bedroom has one queen and one twin, and the fifth and sixth bedrooms have one queen bed each.

If you have a group larger than 17,we can make three rollaway beds available upon request. Those traveling with youngsters can also use our pack n’ play. Please let us know if you are interested in these extra sleeping arrangements so we can prepare them ahead of your arrival!

The property features three full bathrooms, all of which are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries to ensure you have a carefree stay. The luxurious ensuite boasts dual sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. The second bathroom has dual sinks and a shower/tub combo, and the third bathroom features a large walk-in shower.

There is also a laundry room available in the home, so you can look forward to going home with a suitcase full of clean clothes!

The spacious and bright living room offers plenty of space for large groups. Find your place on one of the comfy oversized sofas, cuddle up with a good book in front of the fireplace, stream a movie on the smart TV, or just enjoy each other’s company.

The open floor plan makes it easy to hang out as a whole group, whether you’re in the kitchen working your MasterChef magic or hanging out on the sofa catching up on your favorite shows. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art cooking appliances that make it suitable for preparing any meal, whether a simple breakfast, a quick snack, or a three-course gourmet dinner. Spacious granite countertops and a kitchen island provide plenty of room to prepare and serve your culinary creations, and there are tons of fun extras like a rice maker, a wine cooler, and a fully-stocked coffee bar to help you start each day off right.

You can enjoy meals around the kitchen island (seating for four), the dining room table (seating for six), or the outdoor dining table (seating for eight). We also have a portable dining table available (seating for two), plus six additional folding chairs.

☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
A luxurious home like this would not shine in its best light if it did not have a private outdoor space where you can relax and enjoy soaking up the sun.

Step out onto the fully-fenced backyard and cool off in the large saltwater swimming pool, relax in the hot tub, or play some yard games while the designated BBQ master works their magic on the grill. You can sit around the outdoor dining table to enjoy a family al fresco meal, and once the sun sets you can enjoy evenings around the fire pit. There is also a mini putting green, an air hockey table, and a foosball table to keep you entertained throughout your stay.


Guest Access:
As guests, you will have full access to the entire property without interruption, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Enjoy the swimming pool, the comfortable bedrooms, the large kitchen, and all the games available. There is free parking available in the garage and driveway for up to eight vehicles.


★ POOL HEATING & MAINTENANCE ★

✹ POOL & SPA - Please do not attempt to change pool settings on the pool remote panel. Instead, You can turn on/off the spa/heat , and it shuts off automatically after 3 hours of use.
✹ POOL HEAT - During winter or very cold days, the temperature of pools can range between 50-65 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated,
The charge fee will be $200 night.
Hot tub use only: 3 hr complimentary after that $75 a day

Please let us know at least 24-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation. Target temperature is 85 degrees. We wont be able to heat the pool partial of your stay
The pool and spa have been properly cleaned in advance of your arrival. However, we experience winds in the desert that cause debris from Palm Trees and other materials to fall into the pool.
✹ NO GLASS NEAR or INSIDE POOL: Broken glass is a massive Liability as all our guests are barefoot out near the pools. Any broken glass inside the pool will cause for a complete drainage to remove the broken glass pieces.
✹ ALL CHILDREN AGES 0-13 MUST BE SUPERVISED BY ANY ADULT DURING POOL USE AND AROUND POOL & SPA

Tuesdays and Fridays are pool and gardening service days, so you may see servicemen in the backyard.

The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. You can feel comfortable knowing that our cleaners follow the complete procedure to ensure that our units are entirely disinfected and sanitized, adhere to coronavirus prevention procedures, wipe all doors and keypads, and keep our environment clean.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy, but unfortunately Our home is not suitable to accommodate them If any pet have been brought to the property there will be additional charge of $400

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ PARTIES/EVENTS ★
Only small family gatherings, no DJ. We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 8:00pm. The city takes this very seriously and will send the police to the house.
NO MUSIC AFTER 8:00 p.m. -7:00AM (No Portable Speakers of Any size PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS)

★ WEATHER CONDITIONS ★
We are located in the desert. Guests should please check driving and weather forecasts in preparation for desert conditions at various times of the year, including, but not limited to fog, wind, rain, sandstorms, etc. We do not refund due to weather conditions, rolling blackouts, air conditioning issues due to extreme temperatures, road closures, driver’s abilities, or vehicle limitations.

★OCCUPANCY RESTRICTIONS ★
Occupancy limits are also enforced by the city’s code enforcement. Please make sure your guests match the number of guests you originally booked.

*TRASH: Take out trash and place them in the appropriate bins located on the side of the house. Please make sure trash is placed in a tied plastic bags.

KITCHEN: Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink or on the counter. Please rinse off the dishes, place them in the dishwasher.
