The front desk lady that checked us in was so sweet and helpful. We felt very welcomed from the very beginning. The pool attendants were awesome, valet was great. Everything is beautiful and clean, view from the pool is amazing. I could go on and on, we love it here. We are here dropping our daughter off for college and this will be a very special time, that we remember forever! Thank you for everything.

It was pretty disappointing for the price we paid. We are aware that we paid for the ocean front but we also expect to be able to have good sleep and unfortunately we didn’t. We were so itchy from head to toes. It was so uncomfortable and we couldn’t wait for morning to come so we can get checked out. Not sure if they got dust mites or whatever going on with their bed and pillows but it was the most uncomfortable night. We just couldn’t stop scratching. And my husband found out a few bites on his side of the tummy so definitely some kind of bugs. And for the price we paid, the TV wasn’t even working. The only good thing is the staffs are pretty friendly and the location of the hotel is pretty convenient, walkable to restaurants and stores.

Great property except for the breakfast options. Lorea’s breakfast view of the beach was amazing, but the price vs the food quality is horrible. The rest of the property is amazing though! Solid customer service from every level and the connivence of being close to everything makes this property a must stay.

Stayed here for an anniversary getaway and absolutely loved it. The front desk sent up a little treat for us to enjoy after check in and it was such a sweet touch. Great location and great view!

I love the friendless of staff from the front desk receptionist to the housekeeping even the valet was amazing. The room was excellent more than what we expected. The view was breathtaking. Will definitely stay here again.

Another great stay here! As always, rooms were clean, staff was so helpful and friendly, view was great. We travel with our 2 young kiddos and they love staying here. No complaints!
