"The hotel room was clean and comfortable with good facilities. Very convenient for Russel Square tube. Breakfast was good but v busy. Good restaurants / pubs nearby.
My only small observation is that the lounge needs some maintenance, I.E carpets, bar lighting, etc and a lot more attention to detail re the cleaning. I.E mirrors, arms of chairs etc. Small details would make this a better and even more appealing hotel."
