Walk to everything nearby from the new Dana Point Promenade restaurants, cafes, galleries, shops and salons - to the local festivals, Farmers Market and Dana Point Harbor including baby beach, fishing excursions, day-tripping to Catalina, and many excellent dining opportunities from breakfast to late night.

This stylish 2-bedroom, 1 bath is perfect for your next beach getaway. This recently remodeled home is decorated in an eclectic coastal style with a huge outdoor space to relax and enjoy the coastal breezes. Large sliding glass doors in each room fill the space with natural light. Both bedrooms are appointed with two king beds (that split into two twins if needed), large closets, and smart TV's. The bathroom features dual sinks and a large walk in shower with a rain shower head. The front room has a comfortable couch and additional seating for relaxing. And the property has Wi-Fi and sonos speakers for your entertainment needs.

You will be overwhelmed by just how much detail and care has gone into making this property interesting and memorable. Each side of the property is lined with a walkway made with reclaimed dock wood from famous Humphrey Bay in San Diego. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas and firepits to entertain family and friends. You may even see one of the famous Dana Point Elephants sunning himself on the patio.

Lovely Neighborhood

This is a lovely stay--the neighborhood is wonderful; it is so relaxing to walk around the pretty houses and see Dana Point Harbor, which is in close proximity. The side garden is also a tranquil spot to sit in a sip a cup of coffee. There are other rental units nearby so there is some shared outside space, but generally this wasn't a problem for us. The house is well-appointed and cozy and the decor was quirky and beachy. Communication with the property manager was smooth. We would stay again!

Wonderful property and location

Property was located in the heart of Dana Point. Everything we needed or expected was provided in the unit. Comfortable bed. We didn't use the kitchen other than the fridge as we sampled the many wonderful restaurants nearby. Over our 3-day stay we never used our car; we were able to walk to everything! Heritage Park is very close to the property and was perfect for our morning and evening walks with our dog. Met many other friendly dog owners out walking their dogs. We experienced a few minor technological issues, Ken and his staff cleared those issues up very quickly. Our son is in the military; his apartment is just up the street from this property which made it easy for getting together. We enjoyed staying in the unit we rented and will certainly consider staying here again!

Nice house in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. The only problem was that it did not have a bathtub, as advertised. Overall, it was clean, well-stocked, and convenient.
