The unit I stayed in met my expectations. I wasn't looking for anything lavish. The location was perfect for visiting friends. The common facilities were good. The staff, particularly the desk clerks, were excellent. That was very appreciated.

Disappointing
We recently stayed at this hotel for three nights during our trip to Legoland in San Diego, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. From the moment we entered our room, we were greeted by a strong, unpleasant odor, and the entire place looked old and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was hesitant to provide us with fresh towels, which should be a basic service. When we inquired about room service, we were shocked to learn that it’s only done every eight days, which is completely unacceptable for a family on a short stay. Additionally, there was no shampoo provided in the bathroom, which added to our frustration. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for families. The lack of basic amenities and the poor condition of the rooms made our stay far from enjoyable
