Dear Mr. Mark:Thank you for taking your vacation at Ocean Coral & Turquesa.We greatly appreciate your point of view regarding services that did not meet your expectations. We value your feedback and time regarding your experience and regret that we were unable to satisfy your vacation as you expected. We let you know that is just 2 restaurants (upgrading needed), from 10 tematic restaurants and 2 buffet access free. We regret the misunderstanding regarding the activities for children and teens, every day we post the scheduled ones on the backboard next to the buffete, behind guest services desk and our App, from soccer, basketball, bowling, even we do have a teens club place, and more. We hope next time of your visit we have the opportunity to show you personally, all those positive points of our Resort.
