The resort was nice. A little outdated. The reservation app lags and if you miss out on getting a reservation for one of the nice restaurants then your out of luck. The buffet is okay. It does change for dinner nightly but breakfast is the same everyday. Sensai is nice but the same every night. We could never get into Blue Moon because it was booked out by privilege every day. Route 66 was okay. The Italian restaurants were both nice but neither was outstanding. The food altogether was okay. Nothing that we would go back for or rave about. By the second day we were all (group of 80 for a wedding) ready for food outside of the resort. The pool events were nice. Foam party was alot of fun. Beach area was nice. Yes, there was seaweed... its an ocean. Staff were pleasant. Bartenders were great. Room was nice. Our room was standard and our friends who got privilege said there wasnt many differences at all between our rooms. Alot of our friends got privilege and they said it wasnt worth the money at all besides getting reservations. All together, this was not the best resort we have stayed at. We have stayed at MUCH better. But it also was not horrible and we had a pleasant stay.

We just arrived home from a week family vacation at your resort and it was absolutely wonderful. The friendly staff and fantastic accommodations made our stay truly memorable. We’d like to give a special shout-out to Alexsandro at the pool bar, Dylan the yoga instructor, Walter at Route 66 and Marcus at the lobby bar. Their exceptional service went above and beyond, making our vacation even more enjoyable. Thanks to the lobby mini bar attendant for creating special cocktail experience for us. That said, we did feel the main buffet quality could be improved. Compared to other properties we’ve visited, the food choices are limited. Enhancing this aspect would make the experience even more outstanding. Overall we enjoyed our vacation and thank you!

This was probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The people at the hotel, spoke English but didnt understand it. They said they booked us a dinner reservation and never did. Room service rings and rings, no one answers. When we finally found a place that would take us for dinner, we were the only ones at the restaurant. Which was a little weird, however a few minutes into dinner, a raccoon's family joined us and proceeded to try and jump on to the table. We left in a hurry. I want my money back and I want to erase this bad memory from my brain. If you like wildlife and want to feel unsafe... by all means stay here.

The staff was very friendly. The condition of the property needs to be upgraded. The walks and patios were in desperate need of repair. We saw at lease 5 people that had fallen,tripped, on the uneven pavers. The food in the specialty dining restaurants was great, howevr the food in the buffet restaurant was not only poor in quality but they were always running out of everthing. Always empty bowls. Also there was novariety. 4 nights they had the same menu... which also happened to be not so good anyway. We were there 9 nights and the water pressure was always bad, just barely coming out. And the hot water was barely there. One afternoon there was no hot water at all and they didn't turn it back on until evening. And one time I went to unlock my door and neither my wife's wristband nor mine could unlock our door. Found out from a bunch of other guests that it happened to a lot of other people as well. Anywy, you aaked.

Had a great time! Staff was very nice, very friendly and caring. My only small complaint is I didn’t have quick access to the butler number to book dinners. If there was a small piece of paper the front desk could give you at check in that would be great. But I just had to take a picture of the paper. Small issue. Not huge.

Had a great first stay and can’t wait to come back. Carlos our butler took such amazing care of us. We are grateful and hope we can get him as a butler again when we return. He really went above and beyond to make everything perfect. All other staff were amazing too. 5 stars!!!

Definitely need to invest in upgrading pools , add bars and entertainment been to many resorts in Cancun and this one was the worst definitely will not be back. Very little entertainment, drink service at the pools were terrible servers literally passed our group of 15 numerous times and wouldn’t even ask if we needed a drink. Hotel in rough shape our room was in a older building which air conditioning system barely three cold air ask for service guy came stayed 5 mins said it was fix and still not working properly.
