I like the different pools. Food was good. Theme parties were good. Thing i didnt like was the beach wasnt not the best. I had an Xhale club room and the Xhale amenities weren't worth it. I have stayed at a different Breathless property and the amenities for that property was way better than what we had here.

Nice resort. Our first night, the hallways were quite loud, people arriving at their room screaming and yelling. The food was delicious. We ate at steak house, French restaurant & Asian. All 3 were great. The music at exhale pool 🏊 a way to loud, one cannot enjoy a quiet day at the beach. It was just not our type of music, you couldn't get away from it.

Everything was amazing. Only disappointment we faced was the false advertisement of some of the entertainment showed on event flyers such as hookah, closing time for the pool, hours for the barefoot grill. Staff was super friendly, doormen were helpful getting taxis, and the restaurant food was top tier for a resort!!

Me and my boyfriend went for a vacation here at Breathless Rivera. Last year we stayed at breathless soul resort. I had a high expectations because breathless soul was a great experience. I would like to start off by saying that the staff was amazing, friendly and checked in with everyone to make sure that they were enjoying their stay. Let’s start off with check-in, we upgraded to the XHALE club. I would say this add-on is NOT worth it, and the upgraded drinks are only available in one small room which we had to walk far across the resort each time to get to. Upgraded drinks should be available for Xhale members at every bar. The rest of the resort drinks were watered down offbrand liquor, We also ordered room service, it was taking so long to come and we had an excursion booked so we had to cancel the order because it was well over an hour. I did like that this hotel had nightlife, there wasn’t a moment of boredom because they had different shows every night, the nightclub, and multiple dining options. The restaurants were no reservation, but the wait time for the restaurants were approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Restaurant staff forgot to tell us that our table was ready on two occasions. Luckily, you can go to the bar and still enjoy your night while you’re waiting a long time. The best night was of the Italian restaurant at Espumante. I highly recommend the Italian restaurant. I think that it’s the best food on the whole resort. We went to Spoon buffet for breakfast

Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring our experience was perfect. The resort itself is stunning, with immaculate grounds, luxurious amenities, and a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere. Our room was modern, spotless, and had breathtaking views. The food was incredible, with a variety of restaurants offering everything from gourmet cuisine to casual bites—there was truly something for everyone. What truly set this resort apart, however, was the exceptional service. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff, or the entertainment team, everyone was professional, friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. They remembered our names, preferences, and small details, making us feel like VIPs the entire time.

Property was extremely clean. Staff was amazing especially Lidia (Xhale Club), Angel ( Spoon Buffet) and David ( Strip Restaurant). Only downside was they ran out of chicken and my spouse an I don’t eat beef or pork. But before the end of our stay all was well. Will definitely return

Hotel staff was amazing and the property it self was extremely well maintained, convenient and surpassed our expectations. The things that need improvement include the following: (1) The quality of the food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great. The best restaurants were the Asian, Italian and steakhouse. The food in the main cafeteria and Mexican restaurant was subpar and lacked flavour. (2) Secondly, the internet connection can be a bit spotty and even from your room it isn’t strong enough for you to work remotely. (3) Lastly, the price of certain goods in the gift shop were ridiculous. For example the price of Neosporin was $40 USD, which is insane. Other than that I definitely recommend Breathless Rivera Cancun and I would definitely come back.

We enjoyed our time at this resort, however we found the swim out room a waste of money. It really depends where you get located in the resort. Our room was in the shade and the pool is cold. We did not use it and no one else on our side used theirs. The only ones being used were the beach front ones. Staff were great and friendly. Food was really good in some restaurants and service was good in most. The beach is eroding, so if you are looking for a resort with a great beach, I wouldn’t recommend this one. As I said in the beginning we enjoyed our holiday but won’t be going back to this hotel.
