The property is very clean and the villas was very nice with all the amenities required. The management was very helpful as out AC broke down and they immediately provided us with other room within minutes. Good thing is ,the beach is accessible from the property and nice place to stay . I would definitely recommend if anyone is looking to go to Cancun for a trip or stay

There is some small hidden fees like state taxes that are not included in the price. There was a fee for not washing the dishes that we didn’t know about. Overall, it was a good experience we will definitely come back but there was a lack of information that the hotel should post about.

The hotel is beautiful, loved the beach and the pool with its colorful ilumination. The food at both restaurants is good and delicious; loved the drinks at the bar! Some of the rooms have to be checked though, for the lock tend to fail and we had to access the room through the "back" door. Not very happy about the exchange rate they use when charged, for it was the highest at that time.

When we checked in I informed the office that I was VIP Expedia that they could upgrade me and they told me it was full (it was not true) when I got to the room I did not have the bottle of wine and the room had a view to a wall and in the service corridor so we were awakened at 8 am by the noise. Two nights later they changed our room because I contacted expedited. Old furniture, unpainted walls and a lot of noise. They only have a good beach.

Everybody's friendly. Service was excellent. Receptionist allowed us to check out at 1 pm.restaurants fabulous. Only 1 negative about it was the broken elevator which was never fixed which was hard for elders

the food is good at El Patio on the property. I ate other places and regretted it. It's very quiet, and chill. The pool is usually empty because the beach is right there and it's clean, and Chairs to sit at and also, they will bring your food out to you. Just far enough away from the Hotel Zone to get some peace and sleep, but about a 12-minute walk to get into all of the hot spots there.

This hotel has the best beach in Cancun for swimming. The staff are very friendly and respectful. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. You don't have to worry about pushy people trying to sell you timeshares or anything. They don't do that at this hotel, which is why we loved it so much. Thank you, Virgilio, Victor and everyone else who helped us during our stay!
