Good hotel, sketchy location
The hotel area didn’t feel safe, there are a couple of constructions happening around that may have contributed to the “sketchy”feeling. The hotel itself is good; clean and comfortable.

Fun Hotel!
Hotel is decorated in Belgium cartoon characters. Staff was pleasant and check in a breeze. Room was perfect for our family of six. Within walking distance to main sites.

Really really excellent hotel. Easy to use lockers to store your bags in while you explore Belgium, sparkling clean facilities, comfortable beds, delicious buffet options. Family room was excellent and spacious. The hotel also helped my sister arrange some balloons, cake and champagne for my 40th celebrations, which was really lovely. Only downside was one of the rooms woke up to an overpowering fishy smell, we did inform reception in the morning but no one was available to check out the room while we were still there unfortunately, which was a shame but overall, I would stay here again, even just as a group with only adults.

Loved the hotel, unfortunately I didn’t care for the area. Did not feel terribly safe and wasn’t convenient to get to historic Brussels.

Great hotel for families! Big spacious room with bunk beds for the kids, colourful and fun. Games room, cinema, loads to keep little ones happy, so happy parents too! Buffet breakfast was great as well. It's very near Brussels Midi station which was ideal for us as travelling from London and just vsiting for long weekend. However, the area didn't feel the safest at night. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend!

I believe the main convenience of the hotel was how close it was to the train station. The food was not the best, the air conditioning was not working properly and overall the stay was not as expected. Will definitely not stay there again
