Convenient but friendly overnight stay.
I have staid here before as it is close to the Midi station. But each time I am always pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the comfortable rooms. It is very easy to get to most places in the city from there as well.

Lovely basic hotel very near the station. The local area is typical of that by a main station but inside the hotel is lovely and quiet and clean. Perfect for what we needed.

We checked in around 7 or 8 at night. The gentleman who processed that was nice and efficient. However, around 9:30 heard the door handle repeatedly move and went to door to find a man had been given our same room number, and I believe the same code, and it was very unsettling. The man showed me his printed paper that did clearly show the same room number (403). We should have switched hotels as neither of us slept that night despite choosing the hotel for proximity to train station for early departure. As two women traveling together, I could not recommend it to another woman.

Nice hotel close to Midi station, ideal for a few nights - I stayed three - bright and breezy but suffering a very small breakfast area which got overwhelmed around 09.00, and a hyper-sensitive card door lock system which seemed to change daily - I got through around seven combinations during my stay ! The sole lift was very busy, especially mornings and a room safe would have been nice - but you get what you pay for !

Prefectly adequate for a short stay.
Hotel was clean but basic. Rooms were small, especially the shower. Just enough room to get around the bed and no more. Breakfast area also very small, selection of food was standard Euro breakfast, perfectly adequate. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Convenient for the station, not the nicest area and I wouldn't walk around alone at night but only 20 minutes walk to the Grand Place.

This was a nice hotel very close to the train station. When you get off your train head right to the other exit and then the hotel is about two blocks to the left. Luggage storage is a bit of an overstatement. It’s a series of lockers in the lobby which was convenient but the ‘secret code’ is the same for every locker and is listed on the lockers so secure it really isn’t. The check in was quick and easy. The rooms were nice. Larger than most rooms in Europe. Getting around the sides of the bed towards the far wall was a bit tight. The bed was large and clean a little harder than other places but I slept well. The features of the hotel say sound proof and that’s close it’s more like sound limiting. I faced the Main Street and heard traffic and sirens on and off all evening and night. Absolute plus was that the tv has chrome cast so you can stream Netflix and a couple other services to your tv which is nice since there’s only a few English channels (which even that was nice). I would stay again but if I found a room for the same price near the city center I would probably go there. But this hotel was great for the low price.

Air conditioning was not working when we came and there was no technician to sort it out and no other room available so we ended up sleeping with windows open but we can hear the noise from cars and trains outside. To compensate for this, they offered us free breakfast for our stay. Also, a part of the shower door was missing so we just used a towel to cover it. Location was great if you will be using public transport. Overall our stay was good.

Nice comfortable hotel , conveniently next to main station if travelling from Charleroi Airport, but noisy if you want to open the window . We enjoyed our 3 day stay nevertheless and would recommend it
