Both Expedia and the property failed to tell me they canceled my booking. I showed up at 6:30pm and they decided to tell me I didn’t have a hotel room. Expedia customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I ended up book myself another room that night and they didn’t care what they caused.

This a very attractive property especially for those staying more than just a layover in Boston. We were able to leave our bags all day while we explored Boston. For our needs, the room was just right. The coffee maker worked and Uber pick up was quick for our 15 minute trip to the airport.

Loved the location. Our rooms were very comfortable and spotless. We appreciated our upgrade to Room 304. We felt that the staff on the registration desks were slightly overwhelmed, due to a station not working properly. Valet parking was excellent and the staff very accommodating.

The honesty of fees needs to be up front I was quoted 50 for parking & was charged 65 plus taxes the view of my room was absolutely horrible it overlooked a building being renovating lights were on 24 -7 and spooky the room needed to be renovated and updated
