Lieber Bronco, vielen Dank für Ihren Aufenthalt und Ihr Feedback. Wir freuen uns, dass es Ihnen in unserem Haus gefallen hat. Gleichzeitig bedauern, wir, dass der Aufenthalt hinsichtlich des vermissten Personals am Wochenende, des nicht geöffneten Cafés "CO.ME.IN" am Sonntag sowie der erhöhten Geräuschkulisse außerhalb unseres Gebäudes nicht zu Ihrer vollsten Zufriedenheit verlief. Um unserem Personal eine Verschnaufpause zu ermöglichen, ist unsere Rezeption am Wochenende und unser Café am Sonntag nicht besetzt. Alternativ steht bei dringenden Fällen unser Serviceteam außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten telefonisch zur Verfügung.
