The renovation work was not mentioned in the internet. The noice was horrible. No breakfast and the reception was nearly allways empty. The location of the Hotel was ok.

Fine hotel but rude staff

I had spent 4 days attempting to call the hotel to tell them I would be a late check in but no one answered/they don’t use their phone. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by an angry receptionist who seemed completely misplaced in the hospitality trade. It took me a while to find the hotel as all the lights on the front don’t worry so unless you’re right by it, you can’t find it. The room was basic but clean and fine. Housekeeping are very loud in the mornings and you can hear them all the way up the corridor banging on people’s doors as nothing is sound proof at all. On my final day housekeeping were pestering me to leave at 10am and when I said my check out time was at 11am he said “yes but this is an express room, it needs to be clean by 12”. Not sure how this was my problem and I thought this was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend as I had a general feeling of being a nuisance to the staff even though I really didn’t interact with them or ask them for much.

You can’t keep windows open because stuff or some other guys is smoking and speaking under the windows (till to night and starting 6 am) - and there is hot. Sheets are plastic covered so sweating guaranteed. Hotel is clean and the breakfast is perfect. Stuff is neutral.

Siisti ja hienosti remontoitu hotelli. Hyvät söngyt, peitot ja tyynyt. Harmi vain ettei hissi ollut käytössä ja siivouksen jälkeen 3hlö huoneessa oli vain 2 pyyhettä. Kaikinpuolin kuitenkin suositeltava kohde ja tulen uudelleen.
