The room was great, however, the 24/7 convenience store was outrageously expensive (7$ for a bottle of water for example) and no where did it state on the booking that parking is not free with your stay, it’s 20$ per night. Overall, not my favorite place to stay but price was great and rooms were clean.

Clean and safe walking to the parks and shopping. No breakfast, but always hot coffee and tea in the lobby and plenty of breakfast options on the walk to the parks. Nice big pool and hot tub. We reserved before they started charging for parking and were not charged the new $20 per night parking fee. Good guest services!

Just an overnight business trip. Needed a place to sleep. Had trouble with the shower getting the hot water, the handle and the markings didn’t really line up but after fidgeting for a few minutes I figured it out. I didn’t see anything online about paying due parking so that was a surprise, I could have paid more somewhere else including parking and probably had a nicer room but it was late.

Distance from the parks and other events was amazing. We’re able to stay here for a week for the fraction of the price we would have if we would’ve chosen a different hotel. Ice machines did not function which was a little let down but not necessarily the worst.

We stayed with a group of 16 of us in a total of 8 rooms. Mercedes at the front desk was very helpful for getting everyone checked in and making sure everyone had their questions answered about the property as we came in. It definitely isn't the fanciest hotel, but also the proximity to Disneyland means you'll probably be spending most of your time at the parks anyway. It was comfortable and exactly what we needed it to be after a long day at the parks. Would stay again.

No controls on air conditioner. Can't adjust temperature or even turn unit off. Sink nozzle produces high-pressure narrow streams which splatter all over the place and near impossible to adjust pressure to prevent splatter.

This property was within walkable distance to Disneyland if you have no medical issues maybe far for small children to walk to Disneyland. Restaurants and coffee shops are easily accessible via car and only a two or three minute drive the room was neat and clean, however the outdoor walkways Could have used pressure washing
