Staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy and convenient distance from Toy Story parking for free shuttle to Disney Parks. Nice hot breakfast. Great value for Disney vacation.

Don’t like to say negative things… worst trip to Disneyland ever due to this facility not doing their job correctly. Woke up in middle of night to a group of strangers trying to enter the room. Called desk to clarify, and told we were in the wrong room even though everything written showed the number of the room we were in. (Including key). Then we were told the room was dirty (like we couldn’t smell that already) and asked if the sheets were even changed (this is all at 2 in the morning)… nothing magical about this trip to Disneyland. Only tired people from a bad night’s experience.. Beware..

Stayed here on a weekend trip to Disneyland and it met everything we needed. Clean comfortable rooms. The free breakfast was nice to have before heading out to the park. Onsite parking lot isn’t very big but we always had a spot. There is a fee for parking. It’s about a 25-30 min walk to Disney entrance, or 10-15 minute walk to the Toy Story parking lot that has a free shuttle to the front gate (parking lot does security before getting on the shuttle, so you can bypass it at Disney entrance and save a ton of time). Overall it was a good stay and good price for the area.

The staff was very friendly especially the kitchen staff. They worked quickly to make sure the food was restocked at breakfast, and checked in with guests to ask if they needed anything. My only complaint is that the rooms are very outdated. The rooms have a musty smell, and when we ran the AC it made it worse. I also noticed a lot of build up and black debri in a vent above the vanity mirror. I felt very congested and I hope it wasn’t mold.

Great Stay Raffles

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room and property were clean. Short walk to many restaurants, convention centre and the Disney Toy Story lot. My room was a little old and musty smelling - definitely not yet renovated but it was clean. I had an issue with the door handle and maintenance came quickly to replace it.

Close to the park on the main Street. Easy access. Staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet was very convenient. Unfortunately our room had a toilet that didn't flush properly, one sink had a broken water stopper. One evening we di get a rash after the hot tub use. However, the staff were very apologetic and offered us a courtesy account credit.
