Enter on the mid-level through a mudroom, which opens to the stairwell landing. Several steps up opens into a grand living room, dining room, and kitchen. Spacious floorplan with White Oak hardwood floors and rich wood accents. Plenty of entertaining space with dining table for 8-10, granite kitchen island, buffet bar, stainless appliances and drawer pulls, Professional Series Frigidaire range, oven, and all of the conveniences of your home kitchen. Living room made comfy with gas fireplace, 55 inch HDTV, love seat, chair and couch. Sliding door leads out to side deck with gas grill and outdoor dining table (both available in summer only). 1/2 bath off kitchen.
Great room opens to sunroom with sofa, lounge chair, and card table plus games and puzzles.
Upstairs master bedroom with King, small walk-in closet, flat screen HDTV, and door out to private deck. Granite countertops, twin sinks, glass shower, and Kohler soaking tub.
Downstairs, second master bedroom with CA King and two huge mirrored closets which reflect the abundance of natural light from a multitude of windows! Whitewashed pine ceiling with open rafters, Flat screen HDTV, window seat and a twin size fold out bed. Twin sinks with marble counters, glass block wall trim, glass shower with pebble floor. Double French doors open to second sunroom with sofa, chair, HDTV with DVD player and more puzzles and games.
Hardwood hallway floor leads to three more bedrooms and two bathrooms plus laundry room. Both full bathrooms downstairs with marble counters and shower/tub. First bedroom on the right with Double bed. Back bedroom with Queen bed with lots of windows and natural light. Third bedroom off hallway with double bed, cool colors, vanity. Door off hallway leads to back steps outside and hot tub!
Accommodating up to 10 people, this dog-friendly home has enough room to relax as a group, and never feel crowded. 2 car garage makes parking a breeze. High-speed internet access and satellite TV are included (but not guaranteed) to make your stay even more plush.

Must be at least 25 years old to rent.
Prior approval is required to bring more than one dog to any dog-friendly property. All dogs must be at least one year old and must not be left unattended at the property unless crate trained. No pets other than dogs are allowed at any of our pet-friendly properties (no cats, birds, ferrets, etc.).
*PLEASE NOTE: If you are bringing a dog to our dog friendly property there is an additional fee of $100+tax per dog.
Our properties do not have air conditioning.
Please note that this property has a noise devise that monitors excessively loud noises per county compliance.
BBQs are not provided during winter months (November to Memorial Day)

•QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 8AM. NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.
•DOGS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES WHEN OUTSIDE OF A PROPERTY AND ALL PET WASTE NEEDS TO BE PICKED UP.
