Ride the bungalow beach cruisers to the San Elijo Ecological Reserve for a day hike, Solana Beach local shopping, restaurants, wine tasting room & breweries . The Amtrak station is across the pedestrian bridge - two blocks from the bungalow, and the Del Mar Race Track is less than 2 miles away.

This two bedroom 1 bath can accommodate up to 5 people. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped. The bungalow living room has a large flat screen TV, cable, wifi, games & books. Great bungalow! Great Location!

We spent two weeks in this well-appointed and well-equipped property. Great neighborhood for walking, access to local restaurants (some walking distance) and coast communities - Del Mar to Carlsbad. Good appliances, TV, towels, and bamboo toilet paper! We enjoyed our stay.

Charming beach bungalow

We spent two weeks in this cottage in early September. It's located on a quiet, friendly residential street just a short walk to a gorgeous beach. The location is perfect for strolling to local shops and restaurants, and as a base to explore North County and San Diego. Jennyfer was a super helpful host. Highly recommend!

Beach getaway

We loved our time exploring Solana Beach. This cottage is in a perfect location, blocks from the beach one way and great shops and restaurants the other. My kids enjoyed the front and back patios and the beach toys provided in the garage. We hope to return soon!

Working away from home

This is an adorable old-style California beach bungalow just steps away (300 to be exact) from one of the most glorious beaches ever. The bungalow is well furnished and comfortable with easy access to shopping, restaurants and pretty much everything you'll need. Highly recommed!

Fantastic location, cute house

The bungalow is close to everything you need for a fun weekend getaway. We didn't get in the car the whole time! Plenty of beach equipment - chairs, umbrella, towels, toys. The house is cute and stocked with plenty of pillows, towels, etc. The neighborhood is super quiet at night - you can hear the train but it's not too loud. Our daughter liked getting to know all the neighborhood dogs that pass by. Communication was very clear and easy with our host. We really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely house in a great location!

We had such a great time at this house, and loved walking to the beach every morning. There are also lots of fun restaurants and coffee shops around that made it walkable in the mornings to pick up coffee and enjoy the view. The beach is gorgeous with plenty of room on the sand to spread out and enjoy the waves. We already miss it and can’t wait to come back to Solana Beach!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the bungalow house. It was very clean and very close to beach access. The only complaint: NO AC! It was very hot and it was August, so the heat was to be expected. However,, AC would have been much more comfortable though not a deal breaker.

Cozy beach house

Nice mid week getaway

Nice enough property .... walking distance to beach and shops ...short drive to Del Mar Race Track /City . Clean but sparse . What would improve the experience is an outdoor dining table and a microwave oven. It also would be nice if the were a TV in the bedrooms . All the other amenities were great we enjoyed our stay

A home away from home in an incredible location

Great apartment in an exceptional location, just a few steps away from the most wonderful beach and one of the premier surfing spots in the region… Take a board out of the garage, put your wetsuit on and 5min later you’re in the water – awesome! The appt is super-nice and really feels like a home away from home. I loved the “Endless Summer” surf theme and the outside spaces are wonderful. Also, completely silent at night and very comfortable beds. Last but not least the owners are incredibly responsive and helpful – can’t wait to visit again very soon!
