The place was very clean, great staff, great facilities. Room had an automatic fan that made a lot of noise and interfered with sleep. Received a discount as a result. I was given a discount which was very much appreciated.

I can not believe that the only source of food was the bar and not much to pick from. When we choose burgers at 6 pm the chef was off until 7. Not even room service for 500 a night is sad. Not even breakfast as that is only on the weekend. Will not come back for the value of services they provide. Basically nothing

It was ok. The hotel is very dated and needs to be upgraded. We expected a little more out of the Hyatt. The location was good for walking to dinner or drinks.

Very disappointed. Booked for two nights and could only stay one of the nights because my experience was so bad. I booked and paid for a 2 queen room w a view, was given a room in the “energy saver” building with no view. The shower or sink wouldn’t drain and was disgusting to use. Staff wasn’t much of help when I called about the shower they sent maintenance but they came to my room almost 5 hours later and there wasn’t any point because I didn’t need to use it anymore. I decided to leave that night! The only good thing I like was the outside areas were nice and it’s pet friendly.

Don’t like hidden convenience fees and the breakfast buffet I paid extra for was cold on Monday when there were less guests. Otherwise an excellent hotel and location.

The hotel overbooked rooms and gave our double queen room to someone else. I booked this room one month before our trip. My 17 year old son had to sleep on the floor which wasn't the end of the world, but it's really not ok that we didn't get the room I reserved. The room we received was filthy. The shower had hair in it, the carpet needed to be vacuumed, and there was dust all of the table and the area where the coffee maker should have been. The refrigerator was broken and the coffeemaker was missing. All movies cost 10.99 to 19.99, cable was free. We were completely disappointed with this hotel! Horrible I will never stay at a Hyatt again. The only saving grace for this hotel was their staff. They really should listen to them and pay them more! Especially if they are going to overbook their hotel and expect the staff to just deal with the aftermath. Oh and they charge for parking your car!!!! I had no idea that it would be $19 to park at a motel 6 equivalent hotel in wine country. So disappointed with corporate greed associated with this hotel.
