First time in Santa Rosa and I just wanted to say what an awesome, Hotel la Rosa rooms were very clean, really comfortable beds and also very helpful staff. Everything was walking distance (mall, restaurants, etc.) and parking was very easy(only $15 per night ) overall would definitely be staying here again

I liked the property very much. The one thing I felt needed improvement was the safety features of the shower. There are no grab bars at all. To make matters worse, the non-slip rubber mat that goes in the tub was far too short, covering only half the tub --with the remaining portion of the shower floor extremely slippery. You can either fix these problems or wait to be sued over an accident sometime in the future.

Great Stay in Santa Rosa.
The front desk manager was extremely helpful and got our room ready for an early checkin. We had an issue with our room and he moved us with no delay and had someone help.move our bags to the new room with no delay. Hotel location was excellent within walkjng distance to all the fine restaurants in Downtown two blocks from our 2 favorites LaCocco, Italian and La Gare french. Would stay again when visiting Santa Rosa in the future.
