Service was offered around 4:30 when I was back in the room, Ideally service should always happen in between Check out times and CHeck in times. Also Bed was a bit uncomfortable for my back

I stayed in this hotel with my kids for 3 nights and used lyft rides for the entire duration of our trip but when we checked out, I found out that I was being charged for parking even though I told the receptionist that I do not have a car when he asked me about it. The girl who helped me with my check out fix it though. This hotel is close to freeway and it is a walking distance to the downtown area and there are some eating places around the hotel. I would definitely comeback as long as they won't charge me again for parking fees again for a car that I did not have.

The property was okay but needs some updates to the rooms. Curtains, shower curtains, refrigerators, some of the beds squeak and move too much. Breakfast was okay.
