Disappointing and cold experience. When we arrived to our room, we found that the room’s main heater was broken, leaving the space extremely cold with temperatures dropping below 50°F outside. When I informed the staff, they said the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t move us to another room. Their only solution was to provide a very small handheld heater, which wasn’t nearly enough to warm the entire room. Additionally, the TV was broken for part of our stay. Before I left, I asked to speak with a manager to discuss these issues, but no one was available, and I never received a follow-up call. Overall, the stay was frustrating and very uncomfortable, and I hope the hotel addresses these problems for future guests.

There was a party in the lobby that was extremely loud. It was literally shaking the objects in my room. The party went until 11pm. I called the front desk asking for another room and there was nothing available. I just simply can’t understand having a party like that with complete disregard for the schedule of the guests. I had to leave at 430am the next day and was unable to sleep until after 11pm. I couldn’t imagine being a parent with young children or something and being disregarded like that. I think the hotel I’d poorly designed and the staff I’d thoughtless. Maybe give the party goers the rooms over the party? I won’t be returning to that hotel.

Understaffed
This is a nice hotel, but it was very understaffed. The bistro/ bar was closed the first night because an employee didn’t show up for work; which was a major inconvenience with 4 children to feed.

Everyone from the front desk to the valet and the restaurant staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Very close to the Boardwalk and my daughter's house. I'm planning to return to visit my daughter in December and will definitely stay here.
