The hotel needs a refreshing. The furnishings and the entire place just looks and feels "worn". We have stayed here multiple times through the years, but this will be the last time until the place gets updated.

The shower was not proper , no service at all of any kind except for breakfast, and u hardly have any choices there … cleaning gets done only once in two days .heater in the room does not work . Unfriendly staff , the “no” staff always answer back with a no for any service ..other than basic service ..trolley not available to take your own luggage , no staff either so you lug your own luggage.no water kept in the room and the fountain does not work …

I enjoyed my 2 night stay and would definitely return. The location is close to the freeway and across the street from a gas station and a grocery store, so very convenient. The staff was polite and accommodating - I very much appreciate the hospitality from the front desk, housekeeping, security, and breakfast attendants. I love having a kitchenette and that the hotel is pet friendly - Residence Inn is great for that. The hotel room decor is slightly dated and could use refreshing, but the cleanliness and hospitality more than made up for dated styling.
