Thank you very much for the generous review! We're glad you enjoyed your stay with us, and are pleased that you found our hotel was secure. Downtown San Jose does have many transients, but the city is doing as much as it can to give them the proper access to resources and help! Our hotel is located in a bar hopping area which tends to be noisy on the weekends, but we do offer quieter rooms on higher floors that face away from the street side. As long as a guest has made a request, we would be able to place them in an appropriate room of their choosing based on availability at the time of their request. We hope to see you again for your next visit to downtown San Jose!
