I'll never come back here again. It costs way too much for a hotel that's nearly falling apart with roaches EVERYWHERE (including all over your room) and every single accommodation not working. The hot water didn't work, the TV didn't work, the AC didn't work, nothing worked. Staff were nonchalant and didn't care about your issues with the roach motel. Ridiculous.

This hotel sucked

Not only did this hotel have roaches...but they also did not have hot water. I stayed here for four days and they gave me excuses all the time. Really bad hotel

Cockroaches…. Unsanitary! Code Violation!

All I can said is it’s dirty and cockroaches everywhere! The shower, the walls, on the floor! I showed the manager the video and he said oh we need pest control. I am terrified!!

Misleading and horrible.

The photos don’t do justice on what the room looks like. It’s totally opposite hotel is more of people living there. The bed was horrible stings on the floor on the bed. There were cockroaches and other bugs crawling on the ground. just overall on the images that they post our false information in misleading.

I left within 5min of walking into my room. Cockroaches scurried when I turned on the lights. It smelled like smoke, the bedsheets were stained, the shower was dirty. I waited at the outdoor night window after ringing the bell multiple times before anyone came to help me checkin (it was 8:30pm and lobby was closed). Nobody came to the window when I tried to tell them I was leaving and the state of my room. This place was absolutely terrible.

Disgusting

When we checked in the front desk attendant was fine. Got to our room and it was horrible. The bed comforter was stained and had crusty food on it. The sheets were clean. But once we turned on the bathroom lights…cockroaches appeared. On the side tables, the toilet and running under the bed. I went to the front and they offered me another room upstairs from where we were. I didn’t get refunded for that night but left and booked another room elsewhere

Needed a cheap hotel by the airport, but couldn't sleep at all due to full time residents and homeless blaring music and screaming at each other. Plus the smoke was unbearable, the rooms next to me smoked so much I could see it through the vents.

The shower head had a big leak that I reported in the morning. In the afternoon, we got back to ourcroom and the leak had been repaired and a new hand held shower was also installed. Great work by the maintenence staff.

The Room didn't have a shower curtain toilet paper, no vath towels & the door didn't lock securely. There were roaches inside the room. The outside was diety with people smocking & drinking making lots of noise.
