coffee make does not work, hot water boiler does not work, no heater. The battery at the door low, told housekeeping who does not speak English, also called to tell them issue and no response. The place is clean but they don't check up on items in the room to make sure it's functional.

Great choice
Excellent choice for a hotel near Belmont. I thought it was great. I was given clear instructions and had an easy digital check in. The room was super clean and comfortable. Large king bed, great sheets.

Bare minimum: only one chair, one small overhead light. The heater needed to be turned up to 86 degrees to feel comfortable, so it was running all night.

Front door would not close properly once inside. Staff entered the room with their key without notice at 9:00 AM while I was in the shower with my bath room door open. No guest services. Remote team. On-site no English-speaking person.

This has been one of the worse experiences I’ve had. The beds are the absolute worse! There’s no support, you feel every movement made on the bed. My back ached the entire weekend, I woke up every 2 hours due to the poor mattress support. I was unable to enjoy my trip due to the lack of sleep I had. The towel fixtures are falling off the wall! Both, the restroom and the one next to the sink. The restroom floors are disgustingly dirty. You can tell they are only wiped down and not actually cleaned properly scrubbed. The wall between the rooms are so thin, that you can hear the people next door having full out conversations. I am able to hear people from two rooms down talking. I was able to hear the phone vibrate for the person next to our room, as it was ok the table. There were several light fixtures in the pathway to the rooms broken. Not having an actual live person here to talk to or complain to, does make you feel a disconnect. I understand having a live person on site, will raise the price of the facility but the poor accommodations will cause you to loss bookings.

The photos and the name are misleading--it is not a hotel, it is a motel. There is only a computer screen and you check in via zoom, or something like it. The only live staff member onsite was one maid, who never stepped foot in my room to clean or provide any additional towels. The towel bar in the bathroom, as well as the one by the sink was hardly secure enough and neither functioned to hang up wet towels. And lastly, the only lock was electronic. Not having an additional deadbolt or chain lock created a bit of insecurity. Overall, a disappointment.

The bed was comfortable and the room was fine. The bathroom was awkward to use due to no place to set anything down. The shower was nice. Check in was interesting with the virtual assistant. My major complaint was that when we turned on the large screen TV in the room the previous occupant left his porn site up and the gigantic image that popped up was alarming. I am glad we had no children in the room with us. Perhaps while cleaning the rooms this should be checked in the future.
