Located in China town. Very dirty area. We didn't head out after dark. There were people screeching and hollering all night, kinda creepy. The staff was friendly and helpful and there was available onsite parking.

We were very happy with the cleanliness and service at this hotel. It was walking distance for most sites and well located for restaurants. Parking was easy and any staff we saw were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Thank you for a great stay in SF!

Terrific location! The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean with plenty of space. The free parking is a huge saver- especially in San Francisco. However, allow yourself time to get your car. There are a lot of cars parked there with one or two people working. If you need your car, give let them know at least 15 minutes before you need it.

Situated on the border of Chinatown and North Beach, this motel was probably in one of the best locations in San Francisco for checking out the city. The best view of the Transamerica building is steps away and you can also easily walk to Coit tower. I dropped my daughter and her friend off at the top of Lombard St.and they walked back to the hotel through very safe neighborhoods in about 15 minutes. Seriously, the location is unbeatable. Parking was also awesome, with an attendant in the lower garage who played Tetris with everyone's cars like a master. The office staff always had a smile on their faces too. There are an endless amounts of restaurants and bakeries nearby as well. There are fancier hotels in SF, but none can beat this for convenience!
