We have stayed here many times over the years. It's a comfortable and moderately priced hotel and it's in a very good location close to transportation (bus), Chinatown and North Beach. Plus they don't charge for parking. They are very cordial and checking in is easy.

Great location. Good price for room. Safe, free parking. Nice people at the desk. Would not stay anywhere else in San Francisco. We had a good sized room with king bed and huge balcony with a view of Coit Tower, part of Bay Bridge, and overlooking North Beach. A good basic room with everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Great value motel in a really nice part of town. The front desk staff are super friendly and although we were a bit worried it might be too noisy, this turned out to not be an issue at all - even at the front of the property. Parking was convenient, right in the heart of SF. Will definitely stay again.

Have stayed many times. The size of the rooms are large, great King sized beds, basic bathroom, yet very clean. Close to all the action of Northbeach, yet inside the room is very quiet.

This is a clean, comfortable motel. It has a parking space. There's no outstanding aspects of the place, no spa, no pool, no food services..BUT, its in a great location. Reasonably affordable. All about location.
