The hotel is lovely, clean and fairly modern. The room was clean and there was everything we needed. The only downside I would say is that the staff aren’t all that interested in the guests. When I checked in the man in reception barely looked up at me or welcomed us, he mumbled a lot, and it genuinely felt like we were putting him out. Great position right next to union square and all the main shopping areas so I would stay again, and the staff issue is not the biggest thing just feel they could improve in this area.

Stress free seamless check in with the help of the staff, all friendly and very helpful. Any questions we had about the local area and tourist attractions they were keen on helping us at every opportunity as well as giving recommendations on things to do and best options for transportation however, everything was pretty much walkable or catching a cable car. The only thing was there was no breakfast however the property did provide teas and coffees. Would definitely come back to the hotel, lovely room with amenity’s especially the shower wow lovely hot shower first thing to get over the jet lag worked. Thank you guys!

This is a great place to stay just off union square. Lovely small hotel, stayed in a Luxury Queen room, great bed and ensuite shower. Great value for money. Free tea and coffee all day in reception area and free grapefruits and oranges. Would highly recommend.

Area around the property at night is not the best. Stay protected and do not walk alone. No AC in the rooms or any airflow. Very hot at night even when leaving the window open all day. Rooms are small but has what you need. Staff is friendly and there is a nice lobby area with coffee and water

It's a nice hotel with good costumer service. They upgraded my room after a slight miscommunication and they've been helpful with questions I've had. Sadly, the downside to my current trip would be the strikers nearby but they appear to be striking the bigger hotel chains... but I'm a tourist, not a local so I don't know what they've been thru. But overall, good hotel.

The rooms are pretty tiny, but everything is very ergonomically efficient and convenient, good quality, no issues. I especially liked that there was no daily cleaning service to worry about (I hate people entering my room or knocking when I am busy or resting).
