The inside of the rooms were great! I’d stay again based off of that. The second floor hallway however was smelly both nights I stayed. But the smell never got into the rooms. They should put more work into the hallways. However, great stay at a great price. I’d do it again. Oh and there’s no refrigerators (at least in my room). So I ordered food but had to throw some of it away because I couldn’t save it. Bummer.

Overall a nice hotel, good for the money. The shuttle to the airport only runs for a limited time during the day and the driver was not very polite. The walls are a bit too thin. The breakfast was good enough but wish there were eggs.

Decent property close to the airport and a comfortable 1 nigjt stay. Only downside was we arrived after 11pm and the airport shuttle was not available.

Affordable/Convenient Place to stay @ SFO Airport
great/affordable place to stay near San Francisco Airport (about 2 miles away - 10 min. drive) They offer a FREE Airport shuttle which is most convenient.

Hotel is run down, but for price and one night stay I thought it would be good but pretty sure I have bed bug bites on my legs and body. Would not go back again. Next time I would spend more money on a decent hotel and avoid bed bugs.

Room window cannot be closed fully and has a crack. As a result, there is a lot of noise from nearby highway traffic. Paid extra for a second room. Unfortunately the AC unit did not work. The room pictures are very misleading as the actual room condition is no way close. Very disapponted !

That was hair on the bed's pubic hair. Let me add holes in the wall. Shower was coming apart cracks in the ceiling Hotels.com does not care about customer satisfaction. All they care about is their money. 20% refund. What a joke

I didn’t fill the room. I was given matched the pictures on the website. There was no desk or table to eat at or put your belongings on the air conditioner, said that it was controlled by the thermostat when it really was controlled by the unit itself. it seem like I was staying at a motel six So the cost really was more than what it should’ve been
