I should noticed all the previous names this placed had, over ten different names. The room was so small we had to step into the tub to shut the bathroom door. There was only a phone stand to put your stuff on, no desk or dresser. The room was no bigger than 180sqft, never mentioned online. And the $14 parking lot charge, no spot was ever open because they sell them out for airport parking. Nice to hear they had a shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was reheated up frozen waffles and toast. I will most likely never stay here again, There a plenty of other hotels nearby.

It is ashamed that a room does not have a simple USB port. A multi-port charger in the room was out of order, and they’ve sad that this situation is in the most of the rooms.

This hotel was in an industrial part of SF, lots of businesses and their trucks around. Our room was very small, no fridge or microwave and the bathroom was extremely cramped. We had ants on the window sill, but i didn't bother them and they didn't bother me. Our window looked out over the backyard seating area. The room was clean and comfortable for our two night stay, just very small.

Great value hotel, convenient for SFO, though it's a shame the shuttle doesn't run during the afternoon! Room was very comfortable with good facilities such as charging point for devices. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I

Hotel is more of a motel to be honest. Lots of things are outdated and even my shower head wasn’t sitting right and you can see behind it through a hole and the sink is in the bedroom and the ac unit didn’t work. It’s convenient being next to the airport and you can hear the planes all the time taking off. I didn’t even want to sit on the toilet because it just didn’t look clean. This wasn’t my first choice but Salesforce Dreamforce conference was happening and everything else was sold out. Pick anywhere else. Upside is the breakfast wasn’t bad. Limited like bagels and waffles but wasn’t bad. Airport shuttle does not run from midnight to 5 am but it’s there for most of the day however my flight was at 5:30 am so I had to Uber to the airport to get there around 4:30

The hotel was clean and good staff just a bit outdated even though it’s been remodeled. There was no creamer for our coffees. Some of the lights in our room didn’t work. Charging for phones was outdated and didn’t have usb plug option. We forgot our phone charging cube but had our cords but no plug option for our iphone 15. Def not a scenic hotel but close to freeway and airport. Good morning breakfast.
